Gluten-free Monday: Snacking

Snacking is perhaps the easiest aspect of the gluten-free life.  Nuts, fruit, dried fruit, many candies, potato chips, pop corn, veggies, cheese cubes or string cheese–all gluten free.

Often, when I am away from home and need to eat, I find it easier to snack gluten-free than eat a meal.  Out of the house meals often become a collection of snacks:  fruit, nuts, cheese, and a bag of candy with a carton of milk make a satisfying, fast, gluten-free lunch, available at your nearest gas station.
