So, this morning, I made myself gluten-free pancakes. Buttermilk pancakes. Using my standby King Arthur gluten-free flour. Yum!!!!
Didn’t have my standard recipe, so I pulled one off the internet and divided by three.
Pancakes from scratch are so awesome. I don’t understand why people pay for a mix.
