Gluten-free Monday: Snaz Up Your Salad

Looking for a way to add some satisfying potatoey yumminess to soups, salads and other dishes? A bit of flavor and bite without the gluten?

Dice a potato into cubes, almost any size, from a centimeter to half an inch. Heat a few Tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on medium heat add salt and other spices to the oil. Add the potatoes to the hot oil, let them brown on one side, stir around and flip to other sides and brown uniformly. This should take about 10 minutes

Remove cubes from the oil and allow to drain. You now have a gluten-free alternative to the crouton. Serve hot or cold.
