Gluten-free Monday: I Scream, You Scream

One of the nice things about gluten-sensitivity is that it is a hard reminder of all of the food choices we have. There are oodles of desserts that are gluten-free by design. For instance, ice cream! Setting aside contemporary gluten-containing novelty flavors like Birthday Cake and Brownie, ice cream is a food that comes gluten-free.

And now is the time to celebrate ice cream! July is National Ice Cream Month, and next Sunday is National Ice Cream Day! So, beat the heat the old fashioned way and enjoy delicious ice cream.
